Quality Checks

At the end of every month we stop 3D printing for a day or two to perform quality checks on all our 3D printers whether they're showing signs of issues, or not. If there's a holiday at the very beginning or end of a month though we may move back maintenance by a week forwards or backwards, but we will always ensure at least 1 quality check per month and always try to do the quality checks at the end of every month.

We ensure that the brand we're using is high quality and when printing always ensure to maintain the spool of filament in a high quality heated filament dry box, ensuring that during printing that the filament is almost entirely moisture free for excellent quality prints.

We love the products we make, which is why if there's ever a failed print we will discard of the print and make a new one, attempting to ensure that every time you're getting the best of the best of what we make.
