Live arthropods cannot be returned. If your arthropods arrive mostly dead, we will refund you entirely. All live animals are shipped with heat packs if we deem it necessary but at no cost to the customer. If the arthropods arrive in bad condition, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery to receive a refund. Photo evidence must be provided.
If your supplies arrive damaged or your package is missing an item, let us know and we can replace or refund your order.
